Research Interest

My group and I investigate plant physiology, especially responses to stress and to semiochemicals. We investigate semiochemicals with agronomical potential, such as lignin elicitors, growth promoters, and saccharification inducers. We have a special interest in the phenylpropanoid pathway and lignification.
